REFLECTING INSULATION is one of ecologically perspective trends of energy-saving. FLEKSOFOL is a combined material. This is a layer of foamed polyethylene with one or two sided covered with high-qualified aluminum foil or PET foil. Material is thin, flexible, light, ecologically clean. Principle of reflecting insulation is simple. Because heat is transferred through radiation (radiant heat) that it can be stopped by means of reflection. .

Polished aluminum foil is used as reflecting element (warm mirror). Aluminum foil reflects till 97% radiant heat that incomparably more than metallized film coatings. Thus, general effectiveness of heat-insulated system with using of FLEKSOFOL(depending on private conditions, seasons, etc.) is increased on 20-70% creating “thermos effect”. FLEKSOFOL is a firm and flexible material perfectly lies on any surface, it has wonderful steam, heat, including noise-insulated properties that are held during operating period.

 

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

  • warming of walls, ceilings, roof, garrets, attics and basements;
  • pipeline sheathing, capacities and fittings in water and heating systems;
  • isolation of air pipes;
  • isolation in “Heat floor” systems;
  • reflecting isolation behind heat radiator;
  • isolation of facilities in bath-houses and saunas;
  • isolation of technological equipment of food, oil-gas producing spheres of industry;
  • isolation of bodies of cars and lorries.
